Chicken Thighs & Creamy Lemon Garlic Orzo-yum

The one thing I will always love is coconut milk and bone broth steeped with some orzo, or what my husband likes to call it "chubby rice." I created a list of hacks with the recipe that I think made it just wonderful.
- It is a MUST to sear the chicken in a skillet. It creates a sear on the skin that is just wonderful.
- Honestly, burn the garlic. This might be a hot take, but the burnt garlic mixture with the orzo and bone broth gave it a crispiness with each bite.
- Use bone broth instead of broth. Bone broth is wonderful creation not only gives you a considerable amount of protein, but gives the noodles a heartiness that feels rich.
- While heavy cream is choice instead of coconut milk, do yourself a favor and use coconut milk.
- Actually use fresh parsley. I got real lazy at the end and topped it with dried parsley from a bottle. I did not taste it, but it did look pretty. I wonder if that was worth it?
All in all, make it, devour it, and let a girl know what your thoughts are. If you hate it, you didn't get the recipe from me.
